All materials incorporated in or accessible through DEEP—including, without limitation, the "How deep can you go?" gameplay mechanic, zone hierarchy (Sunlight, Twilight, Midnight, Abyssal, Hadal), custom software algorithms, topic dossiers, curated questions, factual synthesis, visual design, audio effects, logos, and trademarks—are the proprietary property of DEEP and its licensors, protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

3. User Conduct and Fair Play Policy

DEEP is engineered to foster genuine intellectual curiosity and playful competition. To maintain an equitable environment for all players, you agree not to:

• Automated Scripts & Bots: Deploy automated bots, scrapers, crawlers, or headless browsers to solve daily puzzles, artificially inflate leaderboard depths, or simulate gameplay.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, inspect server-side answer verification RPCs, or extract the underlying content databases.
• Denial of Service: Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of our servers, networks, or connected caching layers through traffic flooding or malicious requests.
• Exploitation of Vulnerabilities: Exploit unintended software bugs, timing loopholes, or local storage states for fraudulent streak manipulation.
• Telemetry & Analytics Integrity: We collect anonymous gameplay metrics (such as pseudonymized device IDs, country-level geolocation, and aggregate run depths) solely to compute community percentiles and monitor service stability. Interfering with, spoofing, or tampering with telemetry payloads or network headers is strictly prohibited.
